I'm just curious, out of all the providers here, which have you guys experienced have the tightest fit?  And ladies, if there anything you do to keep yourselves that way?

I think other than vaginal rejuvenation, the only way to stay tight is simple kegel exercises done daily!

.....you giving to a lady or rather whoever else you're into. You said you don't care for vaginal intercourse (i'm assuming with providers anyways) so I was kind poking at (no pun intended lol) what else you were into.

I don't like topping at all. Provider or not. Male or female. BDSM or vanilla. I'd do it if s/he wants to but it doesn't excite me.
