but don't you need some professional training to do prostate? The skin of that part is very thin.

Prostate manipulation can happen both internally and externally; the "skin" involved would be the skin around the perineum in this case.  While anal tissue is very sensitive, if you know what you're doing, there's no danger involved. "professional" training isn't necessary (or available unless you're going to med school and specializing in urology), but informal classes, books, and communication between partners more than makes up for not having "professional" prostate manipulation training.  

Makes me wet. Like a faucet. My absolute favorite thing to do!
