Ignore the calls, If you can't remember who she is, then she was not worth remembering in the first place.
Beside once she see's you might be on the line for a date, she is going to be calling you back all the time.
Also if as you say ghetto sounding guy answered the phone, that's reason #2 not to answer the phone.

Send the calls to voice mail or just block the call completely.

Funny I do get random email from ladies that I have never seen, looking for dates. but not a phone call.  

I just got a random call from someone and do not recognize the name or number.  She said I met her before, but the voice, #, name are all unfamiliar.  If some girl calls you out of the blue and said she met you in the past what would you think?  

If I did meet her before why has it been 7+ months acording to her since we talked, and if I never met her how did she get my #?

Called it back a few minutes ago to see who answered (blocked the # though).  A ghetto sounding guy answered.  That is really wierd.  I am wondering if he stole the phone from some other girl and gave it to one of his girls.  It sounded like a gangster/pimp type guy.  

If that girl calls back would it be best to give that person an excuse as to why I would not want to see them.  I mean I have no idea who they are and I could not find any reviews on that # or the name they stated.

Please advise,   I am just looking for opinions as to what this is.  This is strange and I have never had that happen before.

I have been getting marketing emails from ladies I have never seen or corresponded with. Seems like someone has passed my email address to others. Or maybe they are ladies I have emailed with in the past, under a different name. Not unattractive ladies, or bad emails, just surprising.

There are a few ladies I have seen who liked to text message me when they were in town, though that has not happened for a while. I do not object to that either. If you are going to do that, please identify yourself, as I do not save such phone numbers. I hope I do not need to explain why. So if I am interested and you do not say who you are, the first reponse will be something like "I might be, if you told me who you are." Yeah, I understand that might piss a lady off, but what is the alternative? Ignore her, or make a date without knowing who she is?

I would not make a date with her if I have no idea who she is.  It is shady.  I am just trying to figure out who she is.
