Lillie's Q is my favorite place for chicken. Otherwise, if you want a good buffalo chicken sandwich, try some of the bars in the Wicker Park area!  

There's also Nick's Pit Stop on Damen Ave. Incredible basic chicken, really well seasoned!

Also, a new place just opened up... I haven't been but heard its great! Leghorn Chicken on Augusta & Western!

Greek Chicken? Go to Greek Corner on Damen & Augusta.. more of a drop-in lunch place, not for dinner. but stellar chicken and potatoes - Greek style.
