Taking into account, the explicit descriptions on her site, the explicit review from one client, for whom this is his only review, the moderate pricing (given the described services), the Instagram/OnlyFans quality photos showing her face and the fact that the review says "Her place", but she (?) is pestering for the client's location.

 
I think you are right to be suspicious.  Until proven otherwise, I'd put this one in the 'TGTBT' pile.
