It has been a long 4 days starting with the anticipation of finally meeting Nikki to the train wreck I started on this board. I offer a heartfelt and sincere apology to you Nikki for all of the grief of the past few days. I completely misjudged you based on rumors and speculation of what I had heard over the years. I wrongly attributed my conclusions to the mess I created by my first post accusing you of being less than upfront with me. In fact, the lack of communication that led to this mess was a failure of two technologies at the same time. Nikki's email was down so I neither heard back from her nor received her confirmation email. I had no idea her email was down so I assumed the worst. This accounted for the ensuing train wreck that led up to Weds' nasty posts.

The fact is that Nikki did leave me two voice mails Weds morning prior to the appointment, one confirming the meeting and the other with her somewhat resigned to the fact that I wasn't showing up. As I said, I was in a business meeting Weds morning and did not have my cell on for obvious reasons. When the meeting ended, I turned on my phone and saw nothing from her. I then checked my email and found that she had tried calling me. By then, it was too late to salvage the appointment. I have no idea what happened, but I finally received her voice mails this morning as soon as I turned on my cell. I also received a text message from another provider sent 3-1/2 weeks ago. I'll chalk this up to lousy service for prepaid phones. If you're not a regular full-time customer, I guess your messages get sent to the end of the queue.

So let's get the facts straight. Nikki did follow up with me not once, but twice. She didn't know that I never received her confirmation email nor her voice mails until it was too late. I was fuming by this point and the bashing had begun. I was too angry to call her and find out what really happened. Instead, I put the blame on her for not communicating. It wasn't her fault and I found out this morning when I finally got her VMs.

Nikki and I spoke at length this morning and I expected a full reaming. I didn't get a full reaming, just a small one . The call didn't start out well but we finally realized that this whole mess was a technology failure. I also agreed that I was wrong for starting the war based on my assumption that she was flaking on me. So let's set the record straight once and for all. My argument with Nikki is over and done with. I was wrong for starting it, I admit it, and I apologize. I also realized that she is quite a nice person and was deeply hurt by my comments and accusations. I'm deeply sorry for hurting your feelings Nikki. I'm not proud of my behavior the past few days and you did not deserve the abuse I caused to be heaped on you.
In retrospect, I should have called you earlier instead of letting the situation get to the boiling point.

I've made my peace with Nikki and hopefully we can move forward. I have no desire to anger anyone and I'm asking again that the bashing stop.

I was actually worried (very worried) about Nikkis where abouts. No one here had heard a thing...and we were praying she was ok. Once we knew she was fine. I was kinda confused but hoping things were going well.

and as noted in an earlier post I apologize to Nikki for a flip and uncalled for remkark in the first string.  I know Nikki and should have thought three times before making an unfounded comment -- and then not done it.  We have spoken and I am grateful that Nikki accepted my apology.

I usually agree with your posts, Cuddles, but this is one case where PP's post was timely and important. As Allure posted, it took balls to post what he did.

I, for one, was considering seeing Nikki on her next visit to Chicagoland (as long as she spends some time in the suburbs) but I started to have second thoughts.

PP's post clears the air. After all the faming going back and forth, hearing the whole story was needed. I applaud PP for being honest and forthright.

All she was saying was that, she really appreciates that Polish_Pirate cleared things up.

PP, it was really hard for me to belive you will do NCNS with all your reviews behind you. I could not believe what I was reading. And then, you two jumped up to quick on each other. That is why patience is really important and not to make conclusions based on what you read or hear.

Nikki is a very good looking girl (judging from her pictures). I was about to request a date to see her. I hope she will visit us again.

Perfessor, maybe I'm wrong, but here's what I read in all those posts...

Difference of opinion escalated when Nicki started responding nasty to all posts.

Polish's tone never seemed as nasty in any of those messages as did the provider's.

I'm just saying, too much drama = bad for business.

Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't spend money on someone who gave me the impression they have anger issues.

I accept your apology and retraction. That fact that you chose to do so publicly shows a lot of character and I do appreciate it. I owe you an  apology too for my sarcastic post.  
Don't worry about the bashers. I've made a few enemies (you know who I'm talking about)They like to take advantage of situations like this and gang up on me like a bunch of pussies when I tour. They did the same thing in DC and Atlanta. They can be a bit annoying (like gnats on picnic trip), but noneffective. A little smack is all it takes..right? Illegitimi non-carborundum...some good advice from a dear friend.

a) Read all the threads carefully.  Nikki was defending herself EVERY time, from a nasty comment from a hobbiest who had never met her.

b) Read PP's posts objectively. They were plenty nasty - look at reviewers board for a lot more.

c) ALL the drama created was instigated by hobbists, not Nikki. Only 1 had ever previously met her.  Trust me, She will never be short for business.

d) Nikki has NO anger issues, She's an extremely caring person who gets truly hurt by personal attacks, particularly on the boards.  In the past she was tormented, without credible reason or logic, by one particular provider (who hadh substance abuse problems) in LV.  These threads continued for weeks and the abuse, for years, only stopping in past 2 yrs.  Yes, she's sensitive - who wouldn't be after years of crazy attacks?

e) Your loss; Nikki's rates are a huge bargain for what she provides.  See her once and you would know that she is an incredible woman, intelligent, caring, compassionate, sweet, funny, sensual, sexual, beautiful, strong.

A response, as you know, shouldn't be used as an ad. Unlike you, her replies don't show "See My TER Reviews," Since she doesn't have that, it makes it hard for gents to check her out; so, she uses a link to her site instead. Maybe you could help her figure out how to get the little blurb to show up on her posts.

Thanks for the kind words Nikki. This could have ended much differently had I not called you. That took more balls than posting a public apology. I had no idea what to expect but I knew I had to take a chance. I'm glad I did and I'm looking forward to meeting you this summer. Next time, I'll be sure to call you if I don't hear back, LOL.

FWIW, I'm way beyond caring what people here think of me. They can like me, they can hate me, who cares... I'll just continue to do what I think is right - try to be fair, see both sides of issues, and try not to take sides. And when I screw up, I'll take responsibility. I haven't met her and until I do so, I have no right to judge her. From our phone conversation, I realized she is is fair, reasonable, and has a great sense of humor and I hope to explore the latter in the near future along with a few other of her famous amenities Nikki, you're gorgeous and if I'm right about your personality matching your looks, I can't wait for summer to arrive

as bad as they make me look and I agree the attacks needs to stop. She obviously can defend herself but the question is why are you guys still beating her up? I started this thread to right a wrong, not to give everyone an opportunity to start a new round of bashing. Come on guys, learn from my mistake and just give it a rest already.
