No daily emails either. BTW, last week I asked them for their schedule the lady running it told me either I scheduled an appointment that week or she would put me on her blacklist for inactivity.
I am still getting their daily email. Never booked before but decided to take a flyer for tomorrow eve and secured a quick confirmation. I know they purge their customers after some time with no bookings. It happened to me but after a while I was able to re-up.
I've used CEC a number of times with absolutely no issues. Have reviewed two of their girls very favorably (also tip generously above & beyond their fees) and until they went 'dark' I considered them my go-to agency. But after seeing their website down (GoDaddy says it's 'parked') , their telephone disconnected and no responses to five (5) email requests, either they've gone underground and only cater to very frequent clients ... or something really funny is going on. The only links that work are their Dropbox photos that were available to customers.
If anyone actually has a clue, or access to Andra, give us some feedback either in the forum or via PM.
Had my first appt ever with them yesterday with their highest profile provider and it went off without a hitch. Perhaps they let their domain reg. lapse and it got bought out from them? Daily emails and email contact is working fine for me.
Their emails always say to use email or Telegram only. Emailed Andrea to point out this thread and received a prompt response saying the site would be up Monday. Hope that puts an end to what appears to be at best ill-informed chatter.
They're missing the boat if they still use Western Union. Ravens are WAY more efficient and reliable. LOL!
Even if/when CEC's website goes up again and their telephone gets reconnected, I'll take a pass. I get weird vibes from this whole situation. More threads on other review boards make me favor caution; there's too many other good agencies and indies to risk doing business with an iffy outfit like them.
I've used CEC 25 times this year ~ booked with them last Sunday I've never had any problem and the girls are top shelf Still getting emails 7 days a week CEC is by far the best agency that I've found. Planning on booking again next week
How do you compare them to Angelli's Angels? They're my go to agency and I've never been disappointed. Always awesome. But curious about CEC and how they compare.
Overall, their girls are much better & hotter looking than the ones at CEC. I've used Angelli's services several times but in my experience they have a tendency to up-sell...something CEC doesn't do.
FINALLY got an email response from Andra at CEC this afternoon to a request for one of their girls I've had the best time with. Unfortunately, like chloe, I was told she's not there anymore. Also, in response to a question I had about their website being down, she wrote that they took it down "to protect our girls" and "we may put it back up again" -- she and her partner Bella "would decide."
I'm thinking about another choice after chloe and my other choice (unnamed to avoid betraying confidences and maybe getting my s$$ kicked. D) and will maybe give them another shot. Still apprehensive tho.
be careful though..just going by hot girls can get one into trouble....if CEC/MCE cannot treat their girls well who had to leave en masse and someone on the board said that even clients are not treated well, there are genuine concerns people are expressing about how much one can trust the CEC/MCE. with so much drama and uncertainty it might be better to stay on the sidelines for some time or perhaps see the same hot girls with another agency
You make a good point in saying the girls are hot, but mistreated as are their clients. I had my first appointment following the "restructuring" with one of the girls yesterday, and I patiently waited in the hotel lobby for 20 minutes (AFTER the scheduled time) and finally got a text from Andra (the "manager & CEO") saying they're running late and do I want to come back in the evening. I texted back a definite no! and finally was given a room number where my 1-hr session took place as planned. Later on, I emailed the agency about the incident and they said they have too many things to deal with and if I wasn't happy not to use them again.
Not what I'd call good, let alone decent, customer service. Will think twice about seeing them again. It's clear they have issues going on that's pissing off both clients and the girls.
Last time I used CEC, I was running late and give them heads up over 3 hrs before the appointment. Got there 10 min late. 50 min into my session with me still in full swing they call the girl and told her the next appointment arrived and I had to leave. She rushed me out without me reaching a finish. I don't blame the girl, she was doing what she was told and did not want to get in trouble. I complained to Andra about this and reminded her about when she left me waiting for over 1 hour in the past when the girl was running late. Her response, thats because they were running late not when I was late.
Sir, I had no delays yesterday nor do I have email complaining about anything like the events you described. There must be some misunderstanding because I don't believe theres been a booked appointment from you nor any kind of communication similar to what you are saying. There are just too many other good options out there (my man Bob at CCG etc...) than to put up with CEC's subpar customer service. I do not wish anyone ill will at Christmas time, but I've chosen never to deal with that outfit again.
I apologize for the delayed response to this. We had our website parked because we wanted to build a cleaner looking site for our models and for a better experience for our clients. Unfortunately, scheduling photo shoots for about 20 girls isn't as efficient as we would want so it did take us two weeks. In this process, 4 of our models decided to leave and work with another agency . We respect their decision and wish them the best at their new agency. there might be some claims of mistreatment, but 4 girls leaving and 15 remaining doesn't really support that false claim. Sometimes we cannot all agree on the same thing so moving on is the solution . Our new website is up and running and hope that this response answer any doubts you all may have. I’ve been a monthly (at least) regular client for over a year and had to cancel one afternoon several weeks ago (I gave over two hours notice before my appointment). Now bear in mind I have had Andra cancel on me several times, once when I was over halfway to downtown from the west burbs on 290 with no adjustment, offer to make it right, etc. Now when I had to cancel due to an illness, I got a reply that told me I had to pay a cancellation fee of half the rate. Excuse me? What compensation did I get for getting canceled twice?? Zero. No consideration (first time I ever had to cancel) given for a regular customer, so I told them I would not pay. She told me I would be blacklisted to which I replied “I’m blacklisting you.” I’m done. I understand if someone cancels habitually or is not a regular customer, but the lack of discretion and appreciation for my business spelled the end of that relationship real quick.
Time will tell if you treat your clients better, I didn't notice any difference the other day. Other agencies consider your nasty and indifferent treatment of hobbyists a boon to their business. They just do their thing and treat clients like valuable assets.
I'm not sure what the CEC bashers are trying to accomplish My 25+ experiences with CEC have been excellent Just like any company there is always room for improvement...it seems like a regular should be given some slack if he cancels. Before these discussions began I was seriously considering using Angelli’s ~ now not so much I'm sure other are turned off by the tone of these discussions and the effect will be the opposite of what you want.
i'm glad there is discussion on this topic and it feels better to know that i am not the only one that experienced their unfriendly behavior. i was a regular as well - 4 months, 16 bookings! it was great initially but as you interact more you get to see the reality....
What the hell does Angelli’s have to do with a discussion of CES's poor handling of clients and girls? I don't think Angelli’s will suffer one iota because some CEC shill announces he may not use them because of this discussion. So transparent.

I had a friend who was a marketing genius. He warned that 1 complaint probably represents 10 or more who have already gone elsewhere. Sadly, at lot of businesses don't get that message and act arrogant. Worse, the bad rep, even if corrected, haunts the business. Just a New Year’s Day thought.
