the signature room? that is overly priced..... there are a ton of other restaurants much better like alenea, Everest and prime house, and many others.

I would only go to the signature for drinks in their bar for the view other than that ... I say pass.

. . . that way you save on the price of admission to the observatory.  The restaurant, the Signature Room on the 95th floor is overrated and expensive.
