when a provider's reviews all of a sudden go MIA, one possibility has to do with the search selections.
In the selection box 'Exclude Bad Websites', the default choice is 'Yes', so if there is a website link problem, you may have to change that box to 'No' (and Kyla's reviews appear!).
IMO, the default shouldn't be 'Yes', but that's a different 'kettle of fish'.
