I live in Wrigleyville. There are no Providers in this area that I know of. It's more like Alternative Providers that are in this area. Shane you might want to check the TER Chicago Listings for Reviews or B.P. Chicago.
Search TER to see who you might like, or just check out a provider's ad. Then, and this is important, read her website. If it mentions an incall on the north side of the city (rather than gold Coast or any more specific) there's a good chance she's in Lakeview or Wrigleyville. Or, better for you, the website will almost certainly say if and where she will do outcalls. Even some visiting people will go up there to do outcalls.You can then contact her. She may or may not give you any more specific information - geographic or otherwise - until you are screened. You are going to have to put in the time.
A lot of people are hesitant to give out any info besides recommendations to someone with no reviews. But that's partly because it's easy to find out yourself.
