Someone's being a Scrooge!

Hi Chicago board! I recently posted an ad for my first Chicago visit, and soon thereafter received a PM from one "BathTubGin":

"...you mention Christmas last is reason enough to never see you. What, did you forget about Kwansa, that's  
unforgivable for a SJW like you. LOL!
We have enough of your ilk here in Chicago already, do not need more. 12/18 cannot come soon enough..."

What in the world! For someone so concerned with Christmas, this embittered bully is acting a bit of a Scrooge, don't you think? I don't have the heart to tell him that I listed 3 December holidays chronologically, including Festivus, a parody holiday, lest I ruin his fun by deflating whatever "stand" he was taking.

Anyway, this made me laugh, so thought I would share. In no way do I consider his inanity and rudeness a reflection of Chicago or the fine folks there of course. Xoxo!

Never knew that SJW was an epithet or that the mere order of holidays in a list would earn one this designation. I wonder if it occurred to Scrooge that you (gasp!) might not be Christian.

FWIW, I thought it was a lovely ad and would like to welcome you and your "SJW" values to Chicago.

... though I did know the full phrase when I saw it. And always find it a bit strange when Christians object to the concept, being as Jesus was such a Social Justice Warrior himself--at least that's what I see when I look in the gospels.

 
Anyway, I hope and think you will find Chicago a generous and welcoming place, as so many have. Cold streets, warm heart, dontcha know.  :-D

I imagine you're working out some stress/ frustration by PMing mean things and attempting to bully and insult someone you don't know, and TBH, I'm glad it was me. Maybe this behavior keeps you from taking it out on people in your real life.  Here, sheltered by anonymity, you're protected from social consequences of any gravity, and thankfully, I can take it. I do hope that whatever's actually bothering you loosens its hold so that you have a great Christmas.

As I have always said, SJW's are only TOLERANT of those who share their views.
Guess what, a whole lot of us DO NOT share your views.
Last November is proof, whether you like it or not...

Anyhow, best of luck on your tour here in my hometown of Chicago (born and raised).

One fact remains though - I will never meet you and for that I'm grateful.
I'm also grateful to be a diehard fan of Phish (BathtubGin) and the Dead!

that men can see or not see whomever they want.  

And that WOMEN can see or not see whomever they want.

And women's lives are made far easier by encountering self posted alerts when researching a prospective client. EG - searching a clients handle and finding that he has issues with women.  

That he enjoys unleashing unprovoked and angry PM's upon providers and that he clearly thinks a woman's singular purpose in the world is to provide a man with holes.  

So .. this is a win/win!  

Gin can continue down whatever unhappy path he is on.

Inari can continue down your intelligent, well adjusted and graceful path not having to waste your time on someone with anger issues.
