Also, has the market rate gone up significantly in a couple years? From what I remember most hourly rates were around 300-500 a couple years ago but seem to be 700+ from what I’m seeing now.  Anybody available in the 300-500 range?

Agree about rates. TER makes searching by rates easy.  But used to also have Backpage where we could find more options on price. Sure, quality was generally lower, although sometimes could find a real gem in the 150-200 range (hit or miss), which allowed for much more frequent hobbying.
