I hear many times where a guy says he does not write a review because he can't think of anything to say that hasn't already been said. There are a couple of issues with that....
First off, funtimes61 does not get any new material to fantasize about!
Most importantly is how it affects a provider. Because after a provider has been around for a while, they aquire some regular guys who have already written a review for them. It is amazing all the different stuff that guys read into a ladies reviews as well.
Let's take Geanna as an example. She only had 1 review in February. Or Cameron..... she has only had handful of reviews since October. Some guys will think there is something wrong with that. These ladies have regular guys that see them many times and don't write reviews and guys that have already written reviews for them. So, even though Cameron scores almost always 9's and 10's..... something is wrong with her because she hasn't gotten a lot of reviews lately?
That's why I chuckle inside whenever that post goes up every month showing the ladies with the most reviews. Anybody that passes on Geanna or Cameron because of a lack of recent reviews.... IMHO..... has missed out on a great time!

In my hobbying days I was reluctant to do reviews sometimes for purely selfish reasons. Those of you ladies who know what I am saying please continue looking forward and don't blink.
When you are new it is sometimes difficult to get reviews posted. When you are not new, my thought was, what will I say that hasn't been already said? So, very few times did I do a review, sometimes because i didn't want you fellow horndogs know of a good new providor, ok who hasn't thought of that, and sometimes because I was asked not to.
So my question to you guys, How often do you do a review? What are the rules that you apply to doing a review or making the decision to review?
I of course have taken an oath of celebacy to become your Moderator and as such I can no longer engage in the hobby, tihsllub, and can no longer post reviews, that is true. So I must live vicariously through you guys and your comments.
There are varying reasons, but I do not always write a post. If the girl is well reviewed, and has a lot of 9's and 10's, and if my review would offer the same rating I will take a pass. Other times, it is personal, and I just dont want to publish my experience. Finally, some girls have asked to have no reviews.
I am frustrated with rhe review process. If things changed to make reviews easier for us and more accurately give our impressions of the session I would be happy to review everyone I see. I am totally puzzled why Ter handles their rreview process the way they do.
You are SUCH a good soldier. With your frequency, you would be someone that could make a difference in getting the system more user friendly so everyone would be willing to participate.

For personal reasons, I believe what goes on in the bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, or hallway is between me and the provider... I have nothing to be ashamed of, it's just personal, and I let the provider know this...
you don't base your decisions on who you visit on what others write about what goes on with them in the bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen or hallway!
I love to read reviews and I love to write reviews even more. One of most important reasons we visit this site is to learn the opinions/experiences of other hobbyists.I personally enjoy writing reviews even more because besides enlightening the brotherhood it gives more to opportunity to really concentrate upon the details of the session and relive the wonderful experiences I've had the fortune to enjoy.
Reviews separate us from the CL and Backpage world. How many countless times have we read about hobbyists playing in that world and wondering why they were burned? Reading and writing reviews spares us from going there.
I write reviews to try and give back to our community, but I'm often a repeat customer which is why my review count is rather low.
I will also honor a provider's request, if she doesn't want a review written. Two of my favorites are also UTR, so needless to say, I won't review them.
So far, I've only had one review that wasn't posted due to the lack of "details". That was my 3-some with Sinthia & Bebedoll back in mid-2007. Unfortunately, I got busy and never got around to revising that review before the time limit ran out.
I realize this is the opposite of your question, but I always review. Like CTP said, unless requested not to give one (as long as the request wasn't to head off a crappy score). I guess I wouldn't review a de-listed provider either, but since I wouldnt' see a provider if she were de-listed in most cases, I'd say the chances of that are slim.
I concur with most of the reviewers posted here. I review almost all new providers seen.
I just don't understand people who post no reviews at all. I laugh at all the people on the discussion boards who never post a review. Their insight is so keen (lol). And you may notice, they are the ones who are usually the engineer in the locomotive.
I have two handles (accounts) however I have moved over to this handle exclusively now. I have never posted a review under my other account or a post on any of the boards. People do have reasons for what they do. I have abandoned my original handle before ever reviewing anyone or posting for one very good reason IMO. I realized that if I posted a review under my "other" handle or posted to the discussion boards and it was seen by someone who knows me, there is a very good chance that my cover would be blown as I use that same handle everywhere else.
I agree, it's important to review on every occassion, be it good or bad... I also attempt to notify TER of changes in the reviews based upon the fist review, which establishes the visible profile of the provider. I don't know how many profiles that I have seen which were totally incorrect compared to the information on the details.... everyone gets rated
I review nearly every lady I see. I feel like since I look at reviews and find them very helpful, I'd like to give back to the TER community even if what I have to say is similar to everyone else. Sometimes you'll get someone who has an atypical experience -- hopefully, my experience helps people see what kind of experience is typical for this provider. Plus, others can see how I've rated others and get a feel for what my "8" in looks is vs. "6".
the lady is or wants to be UTR and asks me not to write one. I will respect that and I will not write a review. I like to repeat when the lady makes me feel 100% comfortable and relaxed. In this case no review is necessary if one has been submitted already.
If I have a very bad expereince and want to make sure others don't repeat..or at least they know the potential is there for a so-so experience..that doesn't happen often as I usually have seen her reviews b4 calling
When I have a GREAT time with a lady and she agrees or asks me to post a review for her
and I'll be the first and probably last to admit why. Sometimes I get lazy. If she has a ton of reviews and mine would look like all the others, why waste my billable hours? Another reason to skip a review would be if the session was so so and the lady is known to demand high scores (or else). Has anyone ever incurred provider wrath over a seemingly minor review point or a score that's not quite what she expected? If the review could possibly cause trouble for me, I'd be inclined to skip it and not have to deal with the fallout. This happened to me just once with an agency girl so I didn't review her. I know, I know, not good for the guys but I need to cover my ass and I didn't want to make waves with a good agency over one not-so-great experience.
No point in rehashing the UTRs, I respect the lady's wishes. And sometimes I just forget to write a review and if the lady reminds me, I write it.
I think it's important to review so that everyone knows whether or not the service is still as good as before, if anything new is offered, etc.
Providers are people, just like the rest of us, and sometimes they have good and sometimes bad days, or they begin to lose interest and want something other than the "daily grind," just like those of us who are bored with our jobs.
Isn't that why reviews exist here? To let other clients know about the type of service and quality of experience they can expect? At least, in theory?
I have a few providers who ask that they not be reviewed. For those that I do review, I have mixed emotions. I do favorable reviews, but I question myself about submitting an unfavorable review as the session may not have been to my expectations for several reasons, including the chemistry between us, the provider having a concern in the back of their mind, or simply having a "bad day at the office." What's that saying, if you don't have anything good to say about someone, don't say it. Besides, I only see those who are already reviewed.
Guys, if you see a provider for the first time and it was an overall bad experience i.e. pics are old, you got upsold, phone was ringing all the time, she tried to get you finished well before the alloted time, etc, ...If you don't write a review after seeing someone like this you should get a kick in the nuts. You gotta let us know so we don't make the same mistake. Help a brother.
This is my first post ever. First time I have thought I have something to contribute. I think that TER reviews have changed the quality and safety of hobbying beyond measure. Information is the key. The providers know the value of reviews. Good reviews bring in more clients. Bad reviews or no reviews lead to less clients. For the hobbyist the information that TER reviews provide leads to less disappointing sessions and more quality sessions because we know, to some degree, what to expect. I don't understand why a user of TER would not review. If it wasn't for reviews none of us would be here. We would all be less informed. We should all review every time, unless asked not to, so that we can all be more informed. TER is the best thing that has happened to hobbying
The providers I see are well reviewed, so my not reviewing them will not hurt anyone, but If I see a provider and have a bad experience, then yes I will post a review to warn you guys. So far in all the years I haven't had a bad experience yet since joining TER in 2001....
because of the reviews! I don't are if there are 1000 reviews on 1 girl, if she doesn't have any reviews for 2 months, which is not unusual, guys ask why doesn't she have any recent reviews! Yes it is just as important to review if she has 1 or 1000 reviews guys!
And it is 100% due to TER's submission process. It us cumbersome, out dated, and counter productive in sooooo many ways, then to only to have it rejected for some obscure reason.
I just can't be bothered with it anymore.And I know I'm not alone by a long shot. TER is about 10 years behind the times with their technology / processes.
The system encourages one NOT to review. There should be a default to provider info (phone #, web address, etc) so it does not need to be re-submitted by every reviewer. It could be easily edited if the current reviewer wants to change it. I will not waste my time submiting another review until this changes. Thank you to those with the time and patience to do so.
While I used to review, I once stated in a review that the session/lady was not what was projected from her website. Her response was deliberate and up close and personal. Think Glenn Close. I was miserably stalked and it got too close to my SO.
I agree the reviews are important, but I know stay in a closed circle of friends and try to stay away from any issues.
(1) When, as a purely subjective matter, I do not find the lady attractive and giving her a low score on appearance would be damaging and unfair; and (2) When because of me (e.g., exhaustion) the experience does not fairly represent what it should be. This happened recently. I am going to rebook and review her then, because she was a 10 if I've ever met one.
to the community? I would venture to say that there are many active mongers who do not write reviews for many different reasons that still contributr, via board postings, M&g's and various other avenues.
While posting does benefit the masses, and it is an awesome benefit of this web site, not posting does not make you a non contributor. Some people have joined TER and have invested in a VIP membership simply to lurk. They believe that they get enough value from their membership for simply the ability to lurk. Others, just like the ability to interact with the board and to particiapte in the banter.
Then there are a few mental midgets who volunteer to be Moderators. Now those guys, they are the definition of non contributors.
I find it strange that no ladies (may have missed) had comments, if normal %s figure no more than 10-20% review with independents with more steady customers even less, so it leaves it to guys imagination to figure how many don't review, ( I'm one) So, the real question hidden was how many clients do providers see versus their # of reviews. 10-20 weekly or more. Nothing wrong with that but somehow guys like feeling exclusive lol ( just in their minds)
