Have been a loyal customer with a certain agency (which is now banned on TER) for years, verified through RS2000 and achieved VIP status.  Was now told by the agency that I am no longer verified, they don't accept RS2000, P411, etc and I should send a copy of my drivers license and utility bill or my employment info in order to be verified. I'm like wtf. Anyone ever hear of anything like this ?
