OMFG! I just tried to be verified by a previous provider. The nice lady I was trying to see said a MAN answered the phone. Now I know some ladies have "handlers, security, managers, pimps" whatever you want to call them. Just please DO NOT HAVE THEM ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE WHEN I JUST GOT DONE TELLING YOU TO EXPECT THE CALL! Sorry to rant but just had to get that one out there so everyone might enjoy it.
