Hi everyone...just wanted you all to know that Vanessa Sue is now REALLY in the hospital. She reached out to me and I was at her house when the police and ambulance arrived. I don't know a whole lot but I can tell she is not PHYSICALLY hurt. I did not get to talk to her but I did see her walk to the ambulance on her own.
Sorry if this is lacking in more details...please understand that I am only trying to protect what little privacy she still has left.
Some if you might have noticed I have not posted anything for several days. I have been working behind the scenes day and night try to help Vanessa seek the help she is now getting. Please understand that I am exhausted myself and will be getting my first good night's sleep in almost a week.
I will let you know more when I can. Tomorrow I'll try to reach out to some of you for some answers to questions that I have. Hopefully some of you will put down your own hurt feelings because Vanessa is going to need that now that she is on the road to recovery.
Finally I ask that you keep her in your prayers in the days to come.
Thank you for the update. I have read the threads on BD and to be honest have no idea what is truth and what is fiction. Not being real active here I would respectfully ask, Tom who are you? Laney Michaels had a long thread on the other board about much of this and others attacked her. On all of the sites anyone can almost be anyone. Heck I might really be Laney......NOT! I feel for all of the providers that have had their cores rocked and shocked by this, right after Cheryl. If this was some kind of demented crule hox then that is a real shame and VS and whoever else was involved should get more than just help. People sent money to help her! Other quality providers are retiring! The whole thing is absolute shame, but more importantly a serious crime. That is, if what you and Laney and others have posted is true. I guess time will tell!
I'm a close friend of Laney, was privy to much of her investigation, and will vouch for everything she posted. I do, however, feel for Vanessa and said so in a few e-mails to her before the incident. She had mentioned seeking therapy but clearly could not make it through the week in her mental state, which was quite despondent. She was crying for help in solitude but now it has been heard.
You need to read between the lines... when someone is suicidal, the police take them into protective custody. Vanessa is not at a hospital, she's in a mental health facility.
