UTR provider I see wants to start advertising. Was turned down by BP because no credit card. Anyone know of site or mall that would accept debit card? Thank You.
It functions everywhere a debit cards works (MC/Visa) and is simple to reload just by going to a drug store and getting a MoneyPak. Good way to get cash out of hand!
