Is there a Public Tran system that take you from Roseoment (staying tues/wed noon) to the burbs such as Schaumburg or Oak Brook so I don't have to come all they way back into the city to ogilvie for the metra? Or do I just need to suck it up and utilize a cab .... Lol  your assistance would be greatly appreciated.....

312-836-7000 and give them your location where you are and where you want to go and what time you're traveling and they will tell you exactly which buses and trains to take to get there. By the way yes, there is a bus from Rosemont To Schaumburg, I am not sure about Oakbrook!

and will get you to Schaumburg. you can cab it to the station, and from the station your hotel.
is very direct from Rosemont.
Also best to cab it to Oak Brook... or go to Airport and catch Hotel shuttle where you might be staying at.... CTA in rosemont will get you there quickly.

Pace Bus is one, and there is a Metra between Rosemont and Schaumburg.
