let me tell what I know.
It verifies clients thoroughly but when it comes to providers who advertise on the site, they do not do an extensive search on them as they do on the clients.

If the girl is young and unknown they will ask for copy of the license to verify they are of legit age.
If the provider is new they do a search to make sure she has worked as a provider and may ask for copy of the license, references, website reviews and such.
They do not verify photos...however
if a provider places an ad and it is a phoney photo, it is necessary for the guys to email RS2K and let her know that so n so photos are not of her.  

If she gets more than one complaint she will remove her.
It is necessary for the guys to communicate if the photos are not real or if she is a rip off, if you don't then RS2K has no way of knowing this is happening.

So basically all she does is very that the provider placing the ad is a provider not LE but not if the
pics are current or not real.

i can also add, that kathy requires (or used to anyway) that the provider get a guy or two to verify her before she will allow the girl to get the rs member clearance.

that helps her ensure that the girl is real.  that much i know because over the years i have been asked by a couple of new girls to verify them to roomservice.

They are only interested in generating revenue and not much else.
They have fake pics, they know about, they choose to do nothing.
