I meet with relatively new guys all the time who have horror stories about their first experiences because they didn't realize they needed to pay more money to get better quality.  In time they realize that 100/H isn't enough.  The OP guy is a newbie.
He needs to learn like we all did

Well, even if she wants them to stay longer for obvious reasons, she can't very well charge $20 LESS for an hour lol.
