If you run a line straight west on Irving Pk Rd. and a North line from Irving north on rt. 83, the area North of Irving and West of 83 is considered the NW Suburbs with the exception of Lake County.

Hey everybody!
We keep seeing ISO for the NW burbs - which is a HUGE area - can some of you please help clarify what towns/area's you mean?
At least that's what seems to be the response for North Shore. In my experience, the same people are interested in Lake Forest or Evanston because once you're out of the city the distance doesn't add so much to the time and there's plenty of parking. I stay within a mile or two from the Edens and the Metra UPN.
So I'd think it means they're looking for an incall pretty close to the trains and freeways in that direction.

Most people use the term NW burbs in reference to the area around Woodfield mall, which includes Arlington Heights, Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates. It could also include the area around O'hare and even as far west as Elgin.
