Advice would be appreciated. A provider is touring and advertises here.
No rates are in her ad. I check her site and assume the rate there applies for our date.
I schedule with her. Days later she runs another ad for the same trip and shows rates higher than on her site.
How do I get a clarification on this? Do I email and ask what's up? I don't want to negotiate but I'll shorten the date if necessary. Thanks

You go with the rates posted in her ad.

Rates in touring ads are higher, at least among the escorts I know, to cover expenses. If I had inconsistent rates I would have no issue with being contacted to clarify, so I'd just send her an email and ask.

I would consider travel rates. But while you mention shortening your appointment to her, let her know the reason.  If it is multiple hours, she might suggest her old rates without you bargaining for it.

You seem to know not to haggle, and the discrepancy would confuse me too.
