net10, paid with cash in a store without a camera, recharge cards the same.   phone never on or even has battery in within 10 miles of home.

I understand paying with cash so that there is no way to attach your identity to the phone, but shopping at a store without a camera??  Now that's a bit extreme in the paranoid category.
