Off the clock is more like either before or after your "date" they may agree to let you buy them dinner or lunch or some drinks. Or if they don't have anything else going on they may hang out a little just to get to know you better if your a new or regular client they really enjoy being with.

Some providers may spend "off-the-clock" time with special regulars. This is not true for all. Others will offer special pricing for casual dates. But ladies are compensated for their time.
I would guess that unless you have something special planned for the evening (a concert someone really wants to attend) you would be better off going on a dating site.
Are you truly talking about "off the clock" or "clock free" dates like the ones Lina offered when she was here visiting? I read off the clock as in "free time" which I'm not sure would be in any lady's business model.

I do something similar, I discount time spent out so you do not spend full rate for out time. Just as Lina had a limit of 7hrs for her Clock free date, you can set a time with me, pick how long you would like discuss how long out time would be at a discounted rate and then how long an in date you would like. I promise you will not feel rushed and can get the very same 7hrs that Lina offered if that is what you are looking for. You could also find a lady you are interested in and contact her after screening sending the description from Lina's site asking if she wight be willing to consider that idea or have one similar you might be able to have.
Keep in mind a clock free date as per her site doesn't mean you get to nail her for 7hrs straight. It is meant as an outdate and then some play(couple hours) upon return as she stated weeks ago.
and I won't name them. They are legit ladies ---one is UTR and the other has more than five pages of reviews on TER.
Till about late last year I used see the ladies about three times a month. Then the economy really went south and I had to cut back drastically. But during the good times, we got to know each other very well. We treated each other with mutual respect and used to get gifts like wine or chocolates, whenever I visited.
I asked the ladies on different occasions to join me for dinner. After the dinner with first one I told her I should compensate for her time. She firmly refused and said she enjoyed the time out and would love to go out again "clock free". The second lady after dinner said that I should take money I spent on her dinner off the envelope the next time we met. I could not do that.
Now I see them off the clock regularly and i think they genuinely enjoy my company. We usually got out to dinner after or before our on the clock date. But sometime we meet even without an on the clock date.
We have one rule though, if the lady gets an appointment request that conflicts, with our clock free date, she will take the appointment.
One of the results of the clock free dates is that I am not the boards much these days.
