I was looking at the Top 100 Reviewer list today and noticed that our own ChiTownPimp was not listed.  By my estimation he should be number 11 or 12 on the National list.  I then looked at the Chicago list, where he should be top reviewer, and he's not on there either.  Any insights on why he is excluded?  Is it just messed up code?
