That alone is reason enough, but...... 2) Financial trail for a (still) illegal act 3) IRS tax issues for providers 4) Privacy/Legal concerns for client
As a hobbyist, I've always been curious as to why more providers don't accept CC, especially given today's technology. That being said, I'm more than OK with the status quo...just seems like a slippery slope to the next financial crisis.
I would never accept credit cards because of the drama that I KNOW would come along with accepting them. I aim to have a relaxing, non stressful Incall. This is already challenging enough some days. I refuse to add more stress to my business. Credit cards would surely do that. I hear about it all the time on the boards or from provider friends.
You need to warn people that you will not tolerate a chargeback. I pay taxes either way so taking credit cards doesn't really change anything.. As a provider, we just have to make sure we consult with a proficient attorney and a good accountant in order to have all your bases covered remember, companionship is not illegal!
All they would need to do is use the square. Clients can buy prepaid credit cards and pay that way. Then the money is taken out and there is no money trail from your credit card or banking acct.
I personally do not take CC's but will take Visa Gift cards with a receipt. They work the same. You just have to verify them which is no problem. Always ask if they can do that too.

Same as Zana for me. Unless you are prepaying for a session, which I have had for multi-hour appointments where carrying that much cash would be a hindrance, in which case you can pay online with your credit card. But Square has gone on record as saying they DO NOT allow for payment for adult services with their system. You can be as careful as you want, but I've had Paypal come down on me before for using it for webcam sessions so, I'd rather not take the chance.

If you set it up as a business, which most have done with an actual LLC., it doesn't act as an adult related charge. I have had square for 2 years and never a problem.
