In a message on TBD & TER boards you said you would be in Minneaplis on July 11 & 12.  I have been trying to contact you via email and phone messages.  Neither have been returned.  Do you plan on being in Minneapolis?  Is there some reason you didn't answer my email or phone calls?  If I did something incorrectly please let me know.

As far as out of town appointments they are usually prebooked well in advance, especially Boston I do not take last minute appointments unless I have seen you before. Phanto170 - I am truly sorry but I never made that trip, if you didn't fill out the apt form or email me with your contact info, I had no way to reach you. If I did have your email info and missed informing you that my trip was in fact canceled I apologize again.

You are right - I have called you when your voice mail was full.  But, I left at least 6 messages when it was NOT full.  I have also e-mailed you (I realize you do not set appts via e-mail - I was just trying to make contact having failed by phone -and I was not graphic or sexually explicit) and I have filled out your form - completely - twice.... still no response at all.
What else can I do?
