I'm still somewhat new to the hobby. I'm also new to Chicago. But I'm here with friends, and I'm the only verified person. How would I go about bringing a friend into the mix? How would I find a girl who would want MMF? Is there a special way to search for that?

There is no such thing.

If you will be screened, every other party involved would need to be as well. Screening one person and not the other does not make sense to me.

Now, if your friend is a newb, as long as he consents to be being screened with a newbie friendly provider you should not have a problem.
