ISO sugar baby type for me and my sugar baby

Please read VERY carefully...the details are quite specific as to the requirements for the successful sugar baby.  

My sugar baby and I have an opening for a very pretty lady at my new palatial mansion in Barrington (It's over 26,000sf).  I also have a smaller abode in Lake Forest, however it's under some construction now and won't be available until late August (but should be nearly 75,000 sf when completed...and will have horsies).

Now...for the very important details.

You must be a woman.
You must be 5'2" and weight 107#....note...YOU will be weighed and measured.  
Light brown hair....just past your shoulders.  DO not try and fool us with any unnatural extensions or coloring!
A small mole must adorn your chin on the left side just to the left of the corner of your mouth.  It must be natural.
Blue eyes...contact lenses will NOT be accepted.
You need to speak 5 languages fluently...you will be tested on this.
No breast enhancement...and you must be a 34B/C.  
Your hips and waist must be 24 and 34 respectively.
You must love Giordano's deep dish pizza as well as Portillo's Italian beef...hot peppers on them.
You must be an avid coffee drinker.

And a D-DD would be acceptable to me. And the mole is above the lip, not on the chin.

The reason we want natural is because I have a hairdresser who specializes in hair color from a natural state, and she also uses a natural technique called the curly girl method to get your waves in tip top shape. And will color to enhance natural skin tone.

Bob has a private suite with a separate entrance for the lady, as I enjoy women between 29 and 32 years old. Excellent written and oral communication skills a us, but not mandatory. We can get a tutor for you. :)

I'm happy to know this love triangle will become a reality in no time!

And I hope you, Bob, had a wonderful night out with the guys tonight! See you soon.

I assume that proportion is related to the mandatory affection for deep dish pizza?

But they sent me some pics and it looked oddly interesting.

I had to dismiss them however...one only spoke 4 languages, one didn't like deep dish pizza, and one simply weighed 109#.

Now I'll have to run a new ISO and make sure that my current sugar baby is really sure of the content.  You can see she shifted her interest quickly once I ran this ISO.

I did get a PM from a former Ms TER who had some very nasty comments for Bob.Sugar....I'm still waiting for her to explain why she went a bit crazy.  I'm sure there's a logical reason.
