That's especially true of the lady's age. I've seen some where the first review was in 2004 and the age is still 30 - 35 and I know she's now in her 40s. One even told me she was over 50, but WOW!!!

We all have our likes and dislikes about the site. And of course officially I like everything, however a few changes could be made to "enhance the site".

Here are my suggestions, what are yours?

1. Searchable query for providers who see couples.

2. A visible Newbie status attached to a user name for a short period of time. Something like a symbol. This would help identify the newbie and allow others to help and guide them instead of pummeling them with insults when they do something off course.

3. Allow a mini type ad for the providers in between their weekly ads.

4. Overhaul the scoring process as it relates to reviews. How come a girl who doesn't do bbbj can't get a 10 on her review? If I don't feel comfortable with a bbbj and request to be covered why can't that be scored as high as the bbbj? We need a more comprehensive scoring process that allows for individual preferences to be taken into consideration.

5. A raise for the mods.

What are your suggestions?  And no, getting a different mod is not going to happen, your stuck with me.

more consistent.
I would also like to see a template where the profile is already completed and does not have to be duplicated. If there are no profile changes, then we can get right down to the session details.

:) About that raise. Not in this economy :)

Well the best way to stop fake reviews is send the provider a "Have Seen" request before letting the review be seen by others. I'm not sayin to let her change anything on his review of her because that's his opinion but it seem that would help with the free VIPs too. Just an observation

That is because I have girls come in from out of town for a week and then move locations after couple days in O'Hare they may go to Oak Brook so that would help a lot.
If you stop giving vip for reviews I think it would stop fake ones.
What I'd like to see is a blacklist for hobbyist who short the envelope or try to get money back and providers who rip clients and or agencies/assistants off.
I also like to have aliases outed when they don't follow the rules, to many aliases who start crap.

not all providers are on TER and some don't have VIP access. Blocking a review until a provider verifies she saw him won't work if he doesn't provide his TER handle which many hobbyists don't (for good reasons).  I like this idea to prevent fake reviews though. Just can't think of a good way to implement it...

1. Quarantine of provider info, or non approval of hobbyist review if it contains too many "dont knows"

2.  A way to add a review when the provider's profile exists and not have to redundantly fill in info.

3. Objective/Subjective rating.  If hobbyists checks x number of boxes of what a provider does, TER calculates the official objective rating.  Hobbyist can add subjective rating and that ends moderators not approving reviews based on content.

4. Not being able to post on provider's ad.  Might be a rule of the road, but who as a majority pays for this mofo site?

5. A calendar that providers register on and put the days they are in a given city. The hyperlink can then go to their posted ad.  I have missed seeing some people because their ad scrolled off an active discussion board.

A start

As far as #4, some providers pay for VIP just like you gents. Also, you can post under an ad- If it's a positive post. If you have something negative to say just start a new thread right?

There are times that I have seen a provider before (and wrote a review) and when I see her again after a few months or a year, somethings have changed with her (e.g., appearance, attitude, services, etc.) I think that holds true for many of the hobbyists here. This would provide more data points for all.

It seems that you must use a credit card to buy VIP status- assuming you aren't submitting reviews.  I know there is a money order option, but why not allow the use of debit cards or prepaid credit cards?

My spam filters slow down moving around the board to the point some days I just give up.  I don't seem to have that problem nearly as much on other sites I shouldn't be visiting.

We, the mods, get blasted with viruses from different sites all the time. between the virus attacks and the lengthy downloads of provider sites my computer is put to the test daily. Mozilla is free and works very well as a search engine. I guarantee you will be happy with the results. Also, make sure you have a active firewall and an anti virus program installed and working. Symantics is my choice and works great, a bit pricey but so is a crashed hard drive.

Lastly, memory memory and more memory. Enough said about memory.

Good luck.

Seems the people who work for TER do not know the rating scale. A reviewer might give a provider a higher rating but as per the rules she does not deserve it. TER personnel, has a hard time adding the numbers or maybe they do not know the point system. I for one, have notified them over ten times when the services were not provided but the rating was.

On the other aspect, not sure being Bi should get an extra point?

1. The first reviewer's comments about size, what she'll do, what she won't do, etc., is based on the reviewer's experience ... it doesn't apply to everyone.  Let each subsequent reviewer check off certain info/data on his experience.  YMMV, right?

2. Make reviews easier to fill out (see #1).

Also agree with the great idea to have a template filled in with most info since it won't be changed no matter what we put in.

My suggestion is to have a category or at least allow the review for those providers who are no call/no show, or those that send you running around from location to location, then finally decide not to answer the phone a final time.  I understand that the initial profile is for performance, but if they are game players, this should qualify for a review in Negative Numbers
