I tend to do the 'two strikes and you're out'.  

I'm sure your time is valuable and you got your hopes up only to be stood up. I'd be disappointed, and would have hoped they'd have referred another lady to you instead of just canceling. That's what the agencies I know do.

I understand what you went through! It is not cool. It happens to us Providers as well. What ever happened to people actually showing up to have some fun???
