Sure thing.
On TER, I go to a few places to search.
1. Buzz Board is my first stop. If I like the ad (including pics is always a plus), I'll check out their website (gallery, considerations, overall general vibe). If all is still well, I'll go through the TER reviews (typically the most recent ones, along with some of the lower-scoring ones). Some of the low-scoring reviews show bad experiences. Some are just hobbyists who work with a different scoring scale. I'm looking at the reviews to see if they offer the specific services I am into, how the session went, etc. I seek connection, so I'm looking for clues to that as well. Also looking for safe companions (no on-the-fly untested BBFS).
2. New Reviews Search in Chicago. I typically pick a ranking I like to go above and click on those. I don't bother with agencies currently, so skip those. I will look at newer providers with few reviews, but proceed with caution and look for consistency in their reviews/services/etc. One of my current favorites doesn't have many reviews, but she's been around for a while, which helped build trust that she was legit, and she is incredible.
3. I also go through the other message boards (Chicago, General Discussion, Porn Stars, and BDSM from time-to-time). There are many providers who regularly post (such as yourself). I look into them as well. I appreciate the feedback and perspective the ladies (who dare to tread these discussion board waters) offer. I'm naturally curious and like to understand some of the things that rarely make it to the light. They help me be a better client, which benefits us both in the end.
I rarely use the search function. Keeping up on New Reviews bypasses this function. I did use Search when I was first building my favorites to find specific attributes/skills I was looking for. It was helpful at that time.
When I find someone I'm into, I add them to my favorites. When it's time to schedule something, I go through my favorites and reach out depending on what I am looking for at that time.
P411
1. I originally went through a lot of the Chicago companions one by one and favorited those I felt compatible with (they must have TER reviews). I did some searches for my interests at the beginning as well, but not so much anymore. I keep my TER and P411 favorites pretty well synced, so I don't forget anyone. For my P411 favorites, I set to receive emails when they are available in my areas (Chicago, Milwaukee).
2. I also set up to receive notifications when a new companion starts a profile in the area. This introduces me to touring ladies. Same research (review profile, website, TER reviews, etc.) This builds the favorites for the next time they are touring. I've been organizing appointments a couple of months in advance, so hard to add in dates on the fly. Catch them next time around.
3. I do search for Visiting Companions with the checkbox. I feel like I catch a few that I don't get email notifications on. Same system from there.
4. Recently, I've been using the exclude function for profiles I don't match with at all or TER reviews that don't align with me. Trying to turn the ocean into a river I can manage. I don't exclude just because they don't have reviews if I like the other details. I just don't favorite and revisit later to see if someone TOFTT. Those with strict no-review policies, I tend to exclude. No judgment on their decision, but I like a little reassurance about what I am getting. Been burned in the past, and try to avoid.
Sorry, this is so long. Hope it helps.
