When I worked with an agency at the beginning of my career, a regular that I had seen a few times and got along really well with,  gifted me to his brother who was having marriage problems. The brother had never hobbied before. So the agency says I got an appt with regular, he gets there and tells me its really for his brother. He tried to get the agency to clear his brother but apparently they wanted way too much personal info that the brother wasn't comfortable with. So the regular shows up for the appt at my hotel and tells me the situation. The regular went out of the room and sent the brother in. It was fun. I wonder if he ever hobbies again after that. The regular paid for 2 hrs for his brother but he got off and left after abt 30 mins, saying he felt bad abt his wife.  
 It was an interesting experience but I wouldn't recommend surprising some one with an escort, only do it if they are ok with it and know ahead of time.
