At risk of sounding like a white knight and kiss-ass to ChgoCPA, ChiTownPimp, and GaGambler, I'm going to say the following. Oh hell, if some dude is going to get on here and sacrifice his pride and self-respect to kiss the assess of the ladies and pathetically elevate himself above the rest of us, I don't think it's inappropriate to give my respect to the three posters in the title of this thread.

Regarding what cosmicangst said, that's TOTALLY common sense! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that it's good to do those things to have a good session. Cosmicangst shared nothing new or profound. Besides, for the most part, any quality escort will have these do's and don'ts on their website. In this area of etiquette and hygiene, I think the ladies are more of a trusted authority than some kiss-ass who's trying to elevate himself and gain favor with them.

Concerning ChgoCPA, ChitownPimp, and GaGambler, the rebukes and admonitions I have received from these posters have helped me in this hobby more than any kiss-ass post by cosmicangst or those like him. Why do I say this? Well, let's just say that in the past, like many people, I have had to fight the temptation to think this hobby/business/industry is more than what it is. It's a business. With the ladies who provide true GFE, sometimes it can be tempting to think that they really are into me. Well, the fact is that I enjoy these ladies' company, and I hope they enjoy mine, but in the end it's a business, and most likely, if I don't have money, they don't want to see me. That's not meant as a slam against the ladies. it's just reality. It's a business like any other business. If I go into a restaurant and just loiter without ordering anything, I'll probably be thrown out on my ass.

The digital slapping around that I have received from CPA, GaGambler, and ChiTownPimp may not have always felt good, but they have reminded me of reality. What these guys have to say has helped me become a decent client (I think I'm a decent client. I hope the ladies agree, but who knows?) MUCH more than the self-promotion and ass kissing of people like cosmicangst.

So, ChgoCPA, ChiTownpimp, and Gagambler, I thank you, and I'm not being sarcastic. I do mean this in all seriousness.

Some people have a tough time accepting feedback. I was lucky to learn from some vets when I first joined TER a while back. Their wisdom helped me to be a better researcher. The ladies I saw were very kind and provided invaluable info about the hobby. When I made mistakes, I made sure not to repeat them.

As I stated below in the train wreck below, there are good people on both sides of the hobby. However, I will not tolerate lazy or delusional people. If they can't handle the truth, then the blame lays solely on them. I think I'll change my handle to Colonel Nathan Jessup

Totally agree!! That post would have been great coming from a provider but a guy??? It is people like this that is turning TER into a wasteland! As an analogy I used to have over 60 reviews under another username but was constantly getting harassed by provider's for better scores. Fuck that drama! I will never write another review on this site ever! Like ctp said "the truth hurts"

To all the guy's that think cosmicangst post was great you are in the wrong fucking place match.com and eharmony are looking for guys like you.

And to the provider's what ever happened to all the bullshit you put on your website about discretion? Do you ladies realize what you will do to your business by spilling the beans to a guy like cosmicangst?

I have zero respect for those so called men who feel some kind of obligation to tell other men how to act in the company of women. Not that anything that little putz had to say was untrue, but for a "trick" to come on here and lecture other men on how to treat a woman just smacks of "sucking up" and is the true measure of a mangina.

Just like the board "bad boys" are accused of having "courage from behind a keyboard" I would suggest it's the mangina's that grow balls from behind their keyboards as I can't imagine one of them lecturing us to our face. and yes, I realize he is not talking to all of us, or at least that's what he claims. Truth be told, he is simply engaging in puffery, and I would spit in his face in person.

AAR although I have been accused of being an "acquired taste" I am glad that you recognize that I am not a bully just for the sake of pushing my weight around on a fuck board. It's just with all the manginas and BSC hookers trying to indoctrinate the guys into the "proper way" to suck up to the ladies, I think that someone has to show that you can still be a man, or even a gentleman, without being a spineless suck up.

Treating a woman with respect should simply be a given, preaching about it on a fuck board doesn't make you a man, it only makes you a spineless suck up, barely worth despising, and that is my opinion of cosmicsuckup, and it looks like I am not alone in that assessment.

BTW I think I like this Chicago board, I may just stick around a while. Thanks.

Those that have met me, either IRL or via email/PM/phone know that I don't pull punches. What I say here is what I say to your face. And I often tell the stories of potential clients who, upon an initial meeting either like the "this is the deal" approach and we become long-term "friends". While others will quickly tell me to "go fuck yourself"....which I am quite happy to do LOL

I'd say that in my 4+ years being an active poster here on TER has been entertaining and educational. I'm certainly NOT for everyone...and I realized that the gals who put that same info out there may be exactly the type of gal that I'd hit it off with. Others see that as narcissistic, and to some degree it absolutely is. But I prefer to engage with those that know who they are, and know what they want.

It's hard to interact with someone here that really is delusional. I've tried over the years to engage with some of them (both guys and gals), but it rarely turns out into something positive from my POV. Someone like you (Jack) is always a fun post. While I am far from right on every topic, it's fun to exchange ideas. I have found that most here approach this that way. Hence for me to give back and pay it forward is how I tend to operate.

So while you only named 3 dudes here...you and I (as well as many others) know that there are many more who tend to lurk and interact that way...all the while continuing via email/PM to make our community a safer place to play.

For some its not about sex

In the early days of this board TBD was literally the big dog and this place was very quiet and gentile. There was always a moderator, but the drama kings and queens, the marketers, the scammers, those looking for love, the pimps, etc were on TBD. This was a place to share information related to hobbying. Now without any real moderation this place is mostly populated by people who want to talk about their thoughts and feelings, where to eat, people looking for attention and friends, etc. Is this hobby and forum really the place to look for love and new friends? There is a minimal sharing of information related to getting laid. Look at the 10 most prolific posters, how much relevant information do they share regarding this hobby and how much of it is self serving nonsense.

Its ironic that the people who actually post relevant information on a forum about escorting come under attack by people who want to turn this place into facebook, twitter, their own personal blog, match.com, or pleasepayattentiontome.com.

IMO those who stray from relevant issues here may be better served by finding other pursuits, hobbies, or therapists to channel their issues into more positive directions.
