The Reality Female Condom is a non-latex pouch that the lady inserts inside her.  The package comes with a couple of tubes of lube.  Generally more lube is necessary.

What it does is provide a "near BB" experience in that the gent does not have a tight condom on the penis.  Howver, they do make a crinkling noise and if insufficient lube is utilized, they can stick on the guy like an oversized condom, rather than stay inside the woman.

They are expensive, compared to regular condoms ($3-4 each), and harder to find.  Many drug stores do not carry them anymore due to lack of demand.

Speaking of female condoms, have you checked out the new second generation FC2 Female condoms?  It's suppose to be much better than the original.  Although, I haven't had the opportunity of giving them a test drive ...LOL.

They're available online through Condomania, but I haven't checked whether they're available locally.
