Board mods are long gone, TER did away with them. All you can do now is message TER.

Which is exactly the only thing you can really do about this now. Back in the days when there were volunteer mods, we had no powers except to deal with our own individual boards, and we had a direct pipeline to admin above what the typical member would have. That said, we never had any power to actually do anything where it came to reviews or other matters like this.
