Having their info and ID's on file is a good idea, but if a girl skip out on you, you don't have much recourse.
You can try to get her into court and collect your money, but that would mean you would have to admit in court what you do.
Not a good idea.
You could send someone to find her and force her to pay you, still not a good idea. What you need to do is find some very reliable ladies to work for you. Just my thoughts

Girls come and go… I always pick up from new hires like ASAP.. but there have been times when I have been burned. It's the nature of the beast. Nothing you can really do about it.
I usually pick up from new hires after every appt for about 2 weeks. It's exhausting lol Once I develop a nice working relationship and some sort of trust then I come around every few day's. It's a lot of work on top of booking, advertising and all that goes into the 'behind the scenes" But once you develop a routine it gets easier!! Good luck!! Jaime
