I just met a new friend this afternoon who surprised me with a special gift... a drawing of me!

It was a truely wonderful pencil sketch taken from one of my website photos... Not quite complete so I will pick it up later. Hmmm since Im staying in the area through the weekend, maybe I will get lucky and have it sooner than later! *wink*

I was so impressed, and thankful! What a nice surprise.  

This lead to a long discussion with my assistant about gifts.  I have to say a thoughtful and personalized gift such as this is my favorite.  I have had many wonderful gifts given to me in the past, some very expensive, some not so.  They were all appreciated, of course, but for someone to give something so personal... well, it was just very special and I wanted to say THANK YOU!

Yes, I actually have several pair.  

My all time favorite pair is a pair of stockings that criss cross over the hips, so are open like stockings, but with the look of nylons.  

So Sexy!

alas, At nearly $100 a pair I do not wear them on dates. I should get them out for my next photo shoot though!
