It's a fantasy business, so live in the fantasy and don't over analyze things. Sexual satisfaction and gratification is dependent on a plethora of variables that are uniquely independent to each individual. Better in bed is just a gross oversimplification of a very complex interaction between human beings. Maybe I'm very lucky, but the vast majority of women I have seen have created a seamless illusion of sexual nirvana. I don't need to know if I "rocked their world," and in talking to some who I have become close to, most men don't need an honest assessment of their individual sexual prowess. Just enjoy the world they create for you during your time together.
