Go to your family doctor or his nurse and say you want a four panel test.  I told them that I had a bum spit on my face and hit me in the eye several years ago and I have been worried ever since.  The test is confidential (physician patient confidentiality) plus insurance pays for it.  This is no time to be worried of embarrassing yourself.   Besides, they are more interested in your cholesterol, blood sugar, etc.  If the panel comes back positive (which it most likely won't), you have treatment.  Again, this is confidential.  I am happy I did.
