Here's a valuable lesson I learned today.  When texting or e-mailing a provider, never abbreviate the word "standard" as "std".  It will get interpreted a whole other way! :)  Pass it on!

That was soooooo funny!!!!!!  You really through me for a loop with the std rate thing.  You silly billy!  At least I'm not completely dumb and figured it out eventually...
