There's a site with all the details.  PM me for it.  Drive to Detroit, or fly to Toronto, Tampa or San Diego for Tijuana clubs.  And there's some odd places like Erie PA where the clubs can be interesting for every type of fun you could want.  Vegas is ok sometimes too, depends on what you're looking for.  There's nothing worth the time in the Chicago area, except there's eye candy from time to time at Admiral Theater and Club Atlantis (extras once you know how to maneuver around the initial pitch -- way too expensive).  And of course the Texas clubs have good eye candy.
