No Review Policy

If a lady has a no review policy and has informed TER of being delisted, then no reviews are accepted for her.  There are no payoffs being made to TER.

If she is not delisted, I'd say submit a review so others can read about your experience.

I recently saw what I would consider a high-end provider who advertises on Eros. She had no reviews anywhere and has been mentioned before on these boards. Her donation was twice what I normally consider to be high-end around Chicago, so I expected something close to twice as amazing. Suffice it to say, I was very wrong. I walked away feeling bilked and stupid for taking a chance on someone for that much who claims to have a "no review policy."

My question is: can TER be paid off to reject and/or not publish reviews on providers who have the cash to keep their average performance a secret?

Long live reviews!

A provider can asked to be "delisted".   Her profile, reviews and all, will go away. And no more reviews of her will be accepted either.   Personally, if there is absolutely no info about someone who has been around awhile it is not a flag. It's a banner, or billboard that says stay away.  There are to many good providers here  who work hard to provide  good expierences, and they will have the reviews to back it up.

Any provider may request her reviews be removed at any time. These include times such as retirement, legal reasons, harassment from a client etc. Ter will also honor a No Review Policy as well.

Be that as it may, why would you lay out almost double the amount without knowing anything about her? Far too many outstanding Reviewed choices to make a decision like that. Sometimes the grass is not always greener in the high rent neighborhoods. Stick with the proven ladies and you will be far less likely to be disappointed.

This calls for a review.  If you are concerned about retribution from her then wait a little bit and tone down the details that she could use to identify you.  If the review doesn't go through then just learn your lesson and don't get taken by pretty pics, high prices, and  romantic prose with nothing to back them up

move on. A no review policy might be for good reasons, but why bother.

I have seen ladies with no review policies but only after I check them out through back channels.

And tells TER, they will pull all her reviews and won't post reviews of her. The only exception is if she is is a scam artist or bait n switch, they will post reviews of that nature and disregard the ladies request. I don't think a review where you didn't connect with a particular provider would be posted against a no reviews policy.

Hope that helps..

Personally, I do not believe reviews are a substitute for screening a lady before you see her - one still has to consider the reviews, the reviewers and not just look at the numbers. Sometimes I have assumed that the scores, the number of reviews and the length of time a lady has been providing make her a sure thing, and not looked closely enough to see the signs. Stupid me, lesson learned.

And you need to screen even more carefully if the lady has no reviews.

This is a small world, after all. Between Internet searches, and this community of providers and hobbyists (and many of us do behave as a community, trying to look after each other and keep things safe and better for all of us) you can learn a lot.

So screen, ask, and be smart. There are good and bad reasons not to want reviews, just as there are wonderful and not so great UTR providers. I choose not to cut myself off from the great ones jusy because they are UTR, but I will do everything I can to avoid the lousy ones, except when I am being lazy and complacent. It is all on me.

I've gone through this a couple of times - the lady looks and sounds sooooo good.  :)  No reviews.  :(  You always have to consider that there are at least two possible reasons for "no review policy" - (1) discretion on the provider's part, or (2) that the reviews are poor.  I absolutely respect and support a ladies right to choose "no reviews."  However, one of the consequences to that choice may be that hobbiests will be less llikely to visit her.  Fair on both sides.

One alternative would be to post for 411 on the relevant TER board and see if someone will comment or back channel you with experience.  I can't say for sure whether a "do not review" means they can't even be mentioned on TER as well.

Through out my career I've taken a number of flyers - mostly turned out poorly but my solace was that I KNEW I was taking a chance.  A couple of times it has turned out well and once it turned into a long term arrangement that was great.

I totally understand TER's policy and rules are rules.  I've even been "burned" once or twice by it (I go to the trouble to write up a review and it gets bounced because the provider is "delisted").  That's life.

Good luck on your future adventures.

I don't want to call her out at this point, but I will say her photos are accurate. It was her personality that was sorely lacking. I've met some really fun women in this hobby who happen to be very sexy as well. This provider was aloof, detached, distracted, and (I hate this word) boring. For the $$ I paid, I wasn't there obviously for just the main event. I'd hoped for all she promised on her website: good conversation and at least trying to fake that she was interested! As Greg Brady learned, so must we all: caveat emptor.

You're right. It definitely calls for a review, but I need to process the experience a bit more.  I will attempt to write one soon and see if TER publishes it or not.

I guess that's what it boils down to: I didn't connect with the lady. I suppose my main observation/complaint is that she didn't seem to be trying very hard to "play the game." It just would have been nice to know what someone else's impression of her was...

I also don't believe all reviews are accurate, but they at least provide a snapshot of an experience and hold the provider accountable to some extent. In the end, when a provider creates an elaborate website that promises a great deal more than is ultimately delivered, then a published impression of the experience is justified IMO. My goal in writing a review would not be to hurt her personally or professionally, and I also don't want to burn any bridges. So I'm at a loss what to do.

I am confused a little here mod... a friend of mine in PHX a good long time provider  with decent reviews on TER mentioned on her website she did not want any more reviews  and she was banned from TER  and could not get back on even after removing it from her website if TER knows you do not want reviews from clients they will ban you for it  or at least they did  in her case and I have heard it for others too

here's what I know first hand experience of mine had great reviews  14pages ....then a provider  befriended me  and she saw my password  and either she or she told  someone else my password and they  posted under an allis as me ....I  reported it to TER  but by the next morning I was banned  for 5yrs for not protecting  my password ....several men tried to get reviews on me posted to no avail....when TEr changed owners I asked to be  reinstated and this yr  was allowed back.....I had another smaller board host my reviews while I was banned  have almost 100 reviews there too   yet I found  without TER I could still make it but with TER my business doubled as soon as my reviews  went back up..BTW i do encourage reviews  and yes you should write  one if she  has ben delisted it will not get posted on TER nor can you even do an ISO on a delisted provider or  a thread  with her name in it  or a least that was my case

Yes, I'm afraid a review will not be posted for her just for that reason. There are many ladies who have asked to be delisted on here and it's a request TER complies with. It's a lady's prerogative to have reviews or not. These reviews can be used to incriminate and many ladies ask for no reviews for just that reason. I think it should be a lady's choice if she wants these all these intimate details displayed on the internet or not, IMHO. It's an issue of consent- it's she doesn't consent you should honor her wishes (as long as she's not a scammer, etc.).

I'm sorry to hear you paid a premium and didn't have a premium time. That's never fun!
