I realize that cost is reflected in the status.  But is there a quality, or something else that is a distinguishing feature?  Since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I ask.  Can anyone name a few top providers, so I can see what you're talking about?  Thanks.

This is probably the question for the ages.

I would say her reliability and honesty, but then again. There are ladies out there that stand guys up, are habitually late (without calling), double book guys, spread private info about guys, yet the guys one TER and other boards love them to death. I guess some guys like abuse.

As a provider there is another element I look at - her interaction with other ladies. Not to get into it, but some are definitely sneaky and backstabbing bitches. Other ladies have a lot of drama - pimps/pimp-like boyfriends, drugs, unstable, etc.

So to name a couple - even though I have never slept with any of these ladies - yet

It is safe to say, though, that if you look at the reviews and write down a short list of the ladies who get the most nines and tens in performance, then you will have a pretty good list.

And you will see that your list contains ladies from all types of categories.  Not just your model types, either.

Blondes, brunettes, redheads, 20s, 30s, 40s, short, tall, tattooed or not, PSE, GFE, etc.  All will be represented in that list.

As PW stated, it is very subjective...

For some it changes on a daily (hourly?) basis...

I suggest you mess around with the search feature.  Plug in what YOU consider the more important qualities a 'top' provider should have...  

I am sure you will be surprised by what you find - again similar to PW's statements...

With all due respect, I must disagree with you gentlemen.  Granted...personal preferences are subjective...some prefer blondes, certain cup size, height, etc..but I think in order to be called a top-notch provider certain qualities are necessary.  My thoughts with regards to these ingredients:

1. Safety and Comfort: a top notch provider begins with a thorough and sound screening process. This may employ reputable screening agencies such as RS2K.  They provides a sense of security to both the provider and hobbyist.  Each may get a sense that the person is not only "safe", but knowing that valuing such measures is in itself comforting and provides a more enjoyable meet.

2. Your special: if a provider can convey this to her client then it will go a long way.  Perhaps a few emails back and forth may provide that "special touch".  If your a member of this site, she may read some of your reviews to get a sense of your likes and dislikes..and incorporate them into your meeting.  What hobbyist wouldnt love the person to "push all the right buttons" and did everything you enjoyed?  During the session, eliminating all potential distractions is key to a memorable experience (i.e. turn the ringer off, etc.).  A follow-up email after the visit simply thanking for an enjoyable time goes a long way (does it really take a lot of time to do so?).

3. Presentation: she should present herself in an attractive, mood-appropriate manner.  Hygiene is important (I am sorry...but it has to be stated and not assumed).  No one wants to experience unpleasantness in this regard.  A top-notch provider will block off time prior to the meeting to ensure these things are met.

4. It works both ways. A hobbyist should also do their research on a provider - especially when it comes to do's and don'ts...its rather rogue-like behvior to ask questions of this nature on an initial communication.  There is a certain tact to finding out- read her reviews to get a sense. If she gets very comfortable with you then perhaps a discussion in person on subsequent meetings can open new doors (no pun intended).  

5. Values each others time.  A provider will be ready at the agreed upon time.  Period.  If unforeseen circumstances occur, then must communicate this at the earliest possible time.  

I realize this involves a lot work on the part of the provider- but that's what I think designates them as "top-notch"- and from it I believe higher compensation is justified.  If you have noticed, I havent made light of certain acts as being labelled "top-notch" (i.e. providing BBBJ, Greek, etc.) - partly because it falls under personal prefernce (which is subjective) and that I belong to the school of thought that its not necessarily what you have/provide, but "how well you use it".

The first question that comes to mind is "how do you define TOP PROVIDER?  Are you using TER's scoring system to determine who is a TOP PROVIDER?  If this is the case, a top provider is someone who consistently scores 9's and 10's for appearance and performance.

However, if you are asking the TER Community what their definition of a TOP PROVIDER is, you will find as many answers as there are hobbyists.  

Factors to consider;

- some men prefer younger ladies while others prefer MILFs (or GILFs for that matter).

- some prefer an energetic pace while others enjoy sensual, slower pace.

- some men prefer tall ladies and other like shorter ladies

- for some, the companionship and conversation is key to making a good connection, while others really don't care to talk beyond the pleasantries.

- there are men who like only natural breasts, others who like some enhancement and others who like them very large

- some men prefer tiny spinners, others bbw and the full range in between

- some men prefer caucasians, others prefer asians and still others prefer african americans.  

From a service standpoint, there are just as many variables.

- some guys judge a lady by the quality of her bj

- other guys judge by the woman's flexibility and the number of positions they can attain

- for some, its all about trips to the mediteranean



That said, regardless of the gentleman's preference, I think everyone will agree that a TOP PROVIDER should;

1) Be in the moment with you and not thinking about her bath tub that needs caulking or what she needs to pick up at the grocery store.

2) Be discreet.  You are trusting her with your personal information and she needs to uphold that trust.

3) Be reliable.  Yes, emergencies do happen, but when you book an appointment, you need to be able to count on her being there.  Many men have limited hobby availability.

4) Be clean and healthy. The provider should be freshly showered before your encounter (as should you).  If she is ill (flu, strep throat, etc.), she should let you know as soon as she is able so that you can reschedule.

5) Be safe.  The provider should not offer exceptionally risky activities such as BBFS.  She should be responsible and be tested regularly for STDs.

6) She should enjoy what she does.  A smart hobbiest can tell when a lady is truly enjoying herself or going through the motions.  Most successful providers have very high libidos and unbelievable sex drives.

7) Set mutual boundaries.  A good provider understands that you have a life outside the hobby and respects your privacy.  She does not do anything that may cause you to get discovered.  She may even give you advice about throwing out directions to her incall, showering or washing your face before departing her place, etc.

All the other criteria about what makes a TOP PROVIDER is subjective.  These should be universal.

For me, a top provider is one that makes me feel like a stud in the sack, even though with most women I'm a bit awkward and marginally skilled.  She also is engaging and attentive and makes me feel like a king when I'm with her.

These sorts of things aren't things that can be easily searched in the database, but can be ascertained from reading reviews of well reviewed ladies, their board personality, how they interact at M&Gs, and thru how others talk about them on the boards.

a top provider is--

1. One that does not watch the clock
2. Maintains pre-meeting communication norms.
3. Treats my requirements as most important during the meeting
4. Puts me on the whitelist and provides references
5. Provides benefits (there are many) for repeat visits
6. Helps out with hobby related inquiries
7. Does not gossip about other providers
8. Chats about other interesting stuff during the meeting
9. Enjoys my company
10. Provides and takes feedback to improve the session

To me, it's not the age or the figure or even the face. It's the attitude. As Sinful (a top provider in her own right) mentioned above, it's being in the moment with her partner.

Listening and asking rather than telling always helps. Noticing what makes your partner sigh, moan or twitch and building on that is a trait most top providers share. It's not about sex. It's about creating memorable moments, making her partner feel like he is the center of her universe. That brings a provider to the top.
