Everybody starts with no reviews. They get their first and then have one, and so it goes. But there are other ways for you to stay safe:

Is she listed with Room Service 2000 (RS2K)? Cathy does a good job making sure those she lists are legitimate.

Has she taken steps to verify you? If so, what effort has she put into it? LE does not need to know who you are in order to bust you. A criminal does not need to verify you in order to scam you or worse. But a legitimate providert needs to know who you are for her own safety. How thoroughly has she verified you.

Don't let your little head do your thinking for you. Use the big head and avoid problems. There are enough fine ladies in the hobby so you don't have to look for trouble.

I take it, you are new to the hobby.  You are not going to fine the girl on the newbie forum...you are going to find out how to research ladies, how to go about keeping yourself out of bad situations (bait and switch, up sells, being robbed or arrested).  It seems from your posts here that you just want to get laid as soon as you can.  As others have said, thinking with the little head only will get you in trouble.

The general advice for new hobbyists is to see "well reviewed" providers...which typically means ladies with 8+ reviews from guys who have a solid review history themselves.

For the girl you are seeing tomorrow... Have you done your research? Have you googled her phone and e-mail addresses to see where else she turns up?  Did you tiny eye her photos. Have you looked at her one review, and possibly contacted that reviewer (how many reviews) has he written, what did she do to screen you,

Unfortunately being hot, and having her own website doesn't tell you much and isn't really screening.

So in looking... I can't find a review for her here (provider not found).  Her phone number is on several odd sites out on the web?  I don't in ow where you said she has a website...

Seeing a girl with a pimp is never a good idea- since it's rarely a good situation for the girl. Buy a VIP membership on TER. That way you can do a detailed search for girls that interest you(body type, services as well as price range). Go on the Chicago ad board to see who is running a special and check out their website and reviews.

Flowers and gifts are nice for the right girl- I'd just hate for them to make you a target. (my phone got shut off can you lend me a $100 to turn it back on? Business is slow can you see me more? Etc)

Take a look at RS2k or my personal favorite provider411. They screen the girls and the gents to keep "most" of the riff raff away and helps to make your experiences the types of ones you want.

...for her, it's a business first and foremost. You are a client, not a bf or a lover. For you, it's a way to have some fun. If you both get along great, and have a friendly business relationship, that's okay, but remember, it's a business relationship. It's okay to give gifts to a person you have a good business relationship with. Suggest building the relationship first, then if apropos, buy gifts. Stay away from girls with "pimps." Pimps are enforcers who are only in it for themselves. She's just his meal ticket. There are various reasons why the pimp doesn't want you giving her gifts. One is it's conspicuous. Two, it detracts from HIS position of power, and anyone giving someone something beyond the expected is in a perceived position of power/influence. Pimps don't like others horning in on their position of power/influence.

Now, suggest you take a different approach and behave less like the young bull, who wants to run down the hill toward the herd and "fuck a cow" and behave more like the old bull who, rather than scare most of the herd off, just ambles down nice and easy and "fucks 'em all."
