See this is the issue. You're essentially asking for more work, but want to pay less. Most providers wouldn't want to entertain this because of that very reason. Most often you pay for our time, simply put. You don't pay for specific sexual acts. SO what entitles you to think you can pay less?

you're paying for her time, not activities (most ads specifically say that). if that's how you want to spend your hour, then that's fine. good luck finding what you're looking for though.
you remind me of guys who try to negotiate half hour or 15 min quick rates. the lady's usual reply is, you booked an hour, you can stay the whole hour but if you want to leave in 15 or 30 min, you are free to go... it's still the hour rate.
