Despite a recent [September 2012] review, this provider seems to have disappeared.  Calls to her number [773.243.9689] obtain a short beep followed by disconnection, and e-mails sent to the address given for her [[email protected]] bounce back with a "failure notice."

Does anyone have any additional information?

Unfortunately I do.  I was the one that posted the review this month.  Apparently she has moved without any forwarding information.  I had been seeing her for 3 years so it was a big disappointment for me.

Thanks for the information, homegeek.  Sad to say, they're all mostly a volatile lot, here one day [one year, &c.] then suddenly gone.
