While I can't be certain, I am fairly confident that this young lady has been the subject of a prior poor review by me.  She has changed her name and number several times but the pictures are unmistakable to me.

I feel conflicted about this.  On the one hand, I don't want to be a "sour grapes" kind of guy.  On the other hand, TER has been very very good to me and I want to contribute by warning others of less than stellar providers.
