Hello Providers and Hobbiest,

I'm having alot of password trouble today. I tried to log into my account only to have access denyed. Then I receive my information via email and login, change the password again, come back just now and it's changed again. Only this time, I can't changed my password because it's keeps bringing me back to the update profile page that states, my passwords do not match. I'm pretty sure they match. Like 100% sure they match because I typed each letter one by one and confirmed the same way. Has this happened to any of you?

No. Based on your other post, either you're too nervous and need to calm down (I work with computers and have seen people swear they typed in their password right two times when they haven't. Slow down and take a breath) or you have some major spyware, malware, or trackware loaded on your computer. If that's the case, stop reading this and give your PC a thorough cleaning! Could also be a computer fluke. If you have a computer that's always on, a reboot can solve a lot of things.

The same thing happened to me. I don't know if yours is the same guy but I have a good idea who my "problem child" is. Identical to what you said, I had to input my password several times just to gain access. If I tried to reply to an email it was blocked and requested I input the password yet again, then kicked me out with a message that said a "brute force attempt has happened try again later". It's driving me up the wall.

See the other thread - they down-cased all of the upper-case characters. I have no idea why they did this.

I have a MAC. That is why in my case I believe it might be a hacker. xoxo

You're on the right track, lol. As I said above, if your password had any upper-case characters, they were down-cased by TER a few days ago. All I can figure is this change was related to the launch of TER 3.5 so check your password to see if this is what happened. If you really got hacked, once you get your account back, change your password to a random string of characters to make it impossible for automated programs to launch a dictionary attack.
