Not sure if I too did something wrong. I received no response from her after a polite request via P411 and a polite follow up via email. After 48 hours of no response I moved on.
I sent her an email and then a request through P411 and never heard a thing, which could mean - she is on break, I did something wrong, or she is just not accepting new clients (or maybe something else I have not considered??).
